Sales Manager

Al-Khawaja Feed Company, a leading company in the field of sale and distribution of feed in Palestine, is pleased to announce its need to appoint a “Sales Manager”, so please see the duties, responsibilities and job requirements mentioned below for more details:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow up on sales representatives with regard to achieving the monthly sales target.
• Verify the financial collection of the sales representatives and their conformity with the financial statement.
• Checking the sales ceiling for customers with sales representatives on a daily basis, through the daily visits to customers as planned.
• Manage and monitor actual sales ceilings granted to all customers based on monthly withdrawals.
• Preparing a schedule of visits to some of the sales representative's clients.
• Preparing weekly meetings and reports for the sales achieved and reflecting them on the monthly target with the overall evaluation of the team's performance on a weekly basis.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Evaluate all sales representatives based on (general appearance, handling, customer feedback, compliance with internal policies, problems they encountered and how to deal with them, etc.) on a weekly basis.
• Building continuous relationships with customers and developing all sales areas to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop joint plans and strategies between other departments (the sales department's vision and mission).

Job Requirements
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
• 5 to 7 years of related experience in sales (at least 3 years in a supervisory position and in the feed field).
•    Valid driver's license.
•    Ability to work within a team.
•    Work under pressure.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office programs.
